13) 右攬雀尾, 14) 轉體撇身捶 , 15) 捋擠式,

16) 右拍腳 , 17) 左分腳 , 18) 右蹬腳,

19) 進步栽捶, 20) 左右穿梭, 21) 肘底捶 ,

22) 倒卷肱, 23) 右下勢, 24) 金雞獨立,

25) 左下勢, 26) 上步七星 , 27) 退步跨虎 ,

28) 轉身擺蓮 , 29) 彎弓射虎 , 30) 左攬雀尾 ,

31) 十字手 , 32) 收勢 - - - [還原]

Preparation

1. Beginning of Tai Chi﹔ 2. Grasp Sparrow's Tail﹔ 3. Single Whip﹔

4. Play the Lute﹔ 5. Forward Deflect, Parry, and Punch (Sun)﹔ 6. Apparent Closing Up﹔

7. Brush Knees﹔ 8. Single Whip to the Right 9. Wave Hands And Travel to the Right﹔

10. Parting Wild Horse's Mane﹔ 11. Needle to Sea Bottom﹔ 12. Fan Through Back﹔

13. Grasp the Sparrow's Tail, Right﹔ 14. Turn and Flip Punch﹔ 15. Roll Back and Press﹔

16. Slap the Right Foot﹔ 17. Left Foot Kick﹔ 18. Right Heel Kick﹔

19. Forward Punch Down﹔ 20. Fair Lady Works the Shuttles﹔ 21. Fist Under Elbow﹔
