Release the thumbs from the chin. Squeeze each of these points between the thumb and the index finger going up and down. Repeat this squeezing motion 9 times.
Next, use the thumb and the index finger to hold and pull the earlobes 9 times.
Finally, use the tip of the middle finger to flick the the upper part of the ears 9 times.

用拇指和食指箝壓耳輪﹐耳屏和耳垂﹐輪迴壓九次。然後輕力將耳垂拖拉九次。食指、 中指、無名指、三指並攏由上而下向耳輪擊拍九次。
