        Notes:
  1. Shift weight to the left, open up two arms; raise the right arm right knee, making a right fist
  2. Stamp the right foot then lift left heel, lower the right arm to waist level and place the left hand above the right fist (i.e., hide the fist)
  3. Turn body right and move left leg out to the left (North East) with heel first to form a horse riding stance
  4. Turn right arm (with fist) counter-clockwise and left arm clockwise
  5. Turn right arm (with fist) clockwise and left arm counter-clockwise
  6. Change weight to the right leg to hide the fist on the right side, put left hand straightly in from
  7. Move the right fist in front of the chest beneath the chin
  8. Turn fist and exert strength to punch straight forward, and simultaneously pull back the left hand to rest alongside the waist with a pistol grip; put weight mroe on left
