        Notes:

  1. The right fist in front is rotated counter-clockwise
  2. Led by the right shoulder, the right arm is bent and pulled to the upper right above the temple
  3. The left fist against the waist is twisted clockwise to stick out the elbow
  4. Shift weight to the right and lower the body leaning toward the right
  5. Make sure the right fist, the left elbow and the left toe is on a straightline
  6. Look at the left elbow
