1. Opening Tai Chi
2. Left Ward-off
    Roll back to the right
    Squeeze with wrists
    Press with both hands
3. Pick by holding fists on the right
    Split across left with parms up
    Left elbow strike
      Shoulder strike on the right
4. Right Ward-off
    Roll back to the left
    Squeeze with wrists
    Press with both hands
5. Pick by holding fists on the left
    Right elbow strike
    Shoulder strike on the left
6. Step forward and left Ward-off
    Step forward and right Ward-off
7. Step back and roll bacl left
    Step back and roll bacl right
8. Move left to squeeze
    Press left & follow with tip-toes

9.   Move right to squeeze
      Press right & follow with tip-toes
10. Turn to keep center
      Step back and pick from left
      Step back and pick from right
11. Step forward and split to the left
      Step forward and split to the right
12. Move right with an elbow strike
      Shoulder strike to the right
13. Move left with an elbow strike
      Shoulder strike to the left
14. Turn to keep center
      Raise left knee to stand on 1 leg
      Raise right knee to stand on 1 leg
15. Cross hands
16. Conclusion





The Eight Methods Principles


Ward-off - (mid outer forearm)
Roll back - (mid inner palm)
Squeeze - (mid outer wrist)
Press - (mid wrist back)
Pick - (five finger tips)
Split - (upper arm biceps)
Elbow - (strike - elbow tip)
Shoulder strike - (chest & shoulder)
