8. Brush Knee Step, Left (¥ªºO½¥©í¨B) 1. Sit on the right leg fully to bring left foot back a little in tip-toe. Draw back the right arm with a slight turn curving the wrist to let palm face up near the right thigh away from the body. Move the left hand diagonally closer to the right hip. palm down, with a slight waist/hip turn to the right. 2. Step left foot out to the front, heel first, briefly to the left of the center line. Right arm follows the hip turn and circle upward the to ear level, palm down. Turn waist/hip to the front, place left hand to face the crotch. Bring right hand in front of chest ready to push. 3. Briefly squat and tranfer weight slowly onto the left leg to a left bow stance. At the same time move left hand to the left side as if brushing the left knee with a continuous wiast/hip turn and right foot pivot to 45 ° angle to a bow stance. 4. Push right hand forward with a beautiful lady's hand keeping elbow bent and dropped. When weight is fully (70%) on the left foot, the right hand should stop in front at shoulder height. Draw the left hand from knee distance to settle next and in front of the left thigh while completing the left bow stance. All rules of the bow stance apply. |
