10. Close and Seal (¦p«Ê¦ü³¬ ) 1. Keep weight on left leg, change right fist to palm facing up, turn left hand to face up and move below the right elbow. 2. Slowly transfer body weight to the right leg while the left foot stays on the ground. During weight transfer, bring back the right hand along a curve to the right side and extend the left hand under the right forearm to meet the right hand halfway, then separate hands shoulder width. 3. Turn both hands to briefly push downward at short rib height, and then tilt palms to face the front. 4. Slowly shift weight to left leg, rise and push two hands to the front as if they are going up a slope with elbows bent. While forming a left bow stance, coordinate the weight tranfer and arm movements so that they finish at the same time. All rules of the bow stance apply. |
