11. Cross Hands (¤Q¦r¤â) 1. Bend right knee, change weight onto the right leg to free up the left foot. 2. With heel on the ground, turn left foot inward 90°. Turn waist/hip right face the front line and open up two arms above the head slightly wider than shoulders, palms face each other at a distance. 3. Shift weight left to bring right foot back to line up with the left foot in parallel, shoulder width apart. This position is same as the beginning of Tai Chi. 4. Slowly bring two hands in front of the chest making a cross with palms face the body. This is Cross Hands. |
