14. Fist Under Elbow (¨y©³¬Ý´¨ )

1. Shift weight to right leg, turn waist/hip slightly left and lower left hand while opening the right hook to palm, palms face each other.

2. Lift left foot off ground to put heel down in front with a small step. Change weight to left leg.

3. Right foot step side way to the right so that both feet are on the same straight line across.

4. Shift weight to right leg, turn waist/hip with arms following the turn palms face down, fingers point forward.

5. Right arm circles horizontally to the front chest high, lower left hand to waist level and turn up inside the right arm to be placed in front on the left. Make a fist with the right hand underneath the left elbow.

6. Simultaneously, sit on the right leg, move left leg to the center front with heel touching ground forming an empty stance.

Note that the left elbow, the right fist and the left knee should line up vertically. Make sure the armpits are open.
