15. Repulse Monkey (ËÂ[µU) This step involves three retreating movements. While stepping backward, one hand is pushed in front of the body with a "Beautiful Lady's Hand". Right Hand Push 1. Sit on the right leg, extend the left arm and turn palm face down. Change right fist to palm, circle the right hand down passing the torso, then bring it up and press forward near the right ear. 2. Lift left foot off ground to bring it back tip-toe near the right foot. 3. Left foot step backward, slightly to the left, placing toes first and then the heel. Keep weight on right leg. Turn left palm to face up. 4. Gradually shift weight to left leg. Push right hand in front at the center and at the same time draw back the left hand, palm up, to near the left hip. Straighten the right leg with its knee bent. Left Hand Push 1. Sit on the leftt leg, flatten the right palm face down. Circle the left arm down on the left side, then bring it up and press forward near the left ear. 2. Lift right foot off ground to bring it back tip-toe near the left foot. 3. Right foot step backward, slightly to the right, placing toes first and then the heel. Keep weight on left leg. Turn right palm to face up. 4. Gradually shift weight to right leg.
