3. ARM STRETCHING
Send ch'i to the tips of the upper limbs (or to feel ch'i activation).
Stretch your arms to their full extend, then bend the hands upward to form a 90 degree angle.
Focus on the middle finger on one side for approximately 10 seconds. Repeat the same on the other side.
- Continued from the prior step. Keep feet apart in a horizontal line
- Extend arms horizontally and bend palms upward as if pushing two walls on both sides
- Turn head to the left, focus on the midpoint of the middle finger for about 10 seconds
- Turn head to the right, focus on the midpoint of the middle finger for about 10 seconds
